Thailand starts its first Smart City

The Information and Communication Technology Minister and the Justice Department in Thailand are preparing to start the first Smart City in the province of Nakhon Nayok by the end of February.

The entire province will be connected via WIFI, residents and tourists will be able to connect to it. The final aim is for all the content and services to be in the cloud so that anyone can access it from anywhere in the province. This is the main objective of the project “Smart Thailand”.

A project where people will be able to use government services online in an easy, fast and simple way, and tourists visiting the country will enjoy their trip checking, with the free WIFI, all the information they need.
