“Smart Cities White Paper” published

On February 4, the Smart Cities White Paper written by the Renewable Energies Cluster of Madrid Network and companies Ernst & Young, Ferrovial Servicios and Enerlies was presented in Madrid’s European Parliament Office.

The text shows the higher benefits obtained with a smart city development and why are investments necessary for their implementation, as well as a series of reflections about keys issues of Smart Cities: from government transparency, efficient mobility, sustainability, citizens’ satisfaction index and economical framework to all the possibilities that information and communication technologies (ICT’s) offer to make a city more efficient.
